Modern fully equipped apartments

Our studios are spacious, modern and stylish in one room ideal for one or two people.

They are the ideal option if you visit us for work or if your stay is short, as they offer you the comfort of having everything at hand, but enjoying the spaciousness of our 25 square meters.

The studios have a main room where you will find a comfortable double bed or two single beds and a dining or work area. In the distributor you will find a large wardrobe to store your luggage comfortably.

All studios have an equipped kitchen and a full bathroom.

If you’re travelling with your family, this is your room. The independent spaces and the possibility of preparing the children’s food comfortably are a plus for you.

The family apartments have two independent spaces: a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and a living room with a seating area with a sofa bed for one or two children and a work/dining area. In the passage area they have a large wardrobe. They also have an equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Admits 2 children under the age of 12.

Our penthouses are a good option if you want a special room, with extra space and a large terrace to enjoy incredible views of the city.

The upper penthouses have three separate living spaces: In the bedroom, a double bed. The living room, with a seating area with a sofa bed for an adult or two children (if you are travelling as a family) and a large work/dining area. And a large terrace equipped with views of the city. They also have a large, equipped kitchen and a full bathroom.

Within the Campus, 603 is a unique apartment. It can accommodate one, two or three people, or two adults and two children under 12 years old.

This room was renovated according to Passivhaus construction criteria and stands out for a very high degree of comfort for our guests. All rooms have been completely renovated (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room) and have an air conditioning system.

Another thing that makes this apartment special is that it has a private terrace with magnificent views.
