The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use is to regulate the provision of the information provided in the online store of SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U., as well as the commercial transactions that arise between SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U. and the users of the domain www.aparthotelcampus.es. Both browsing the online store and acquiring any of the products offered therein imply the acceptance as a user, without reservations of any kind, of each and every one of these general conditions of contract and use. You must proceed to make the reservation according to the indications on the screen, completing the reservation form provided for this purpose and validating it. You can only make a reservation if you are over 18 years old.
The prices and offers presented on the website are valid only and exclusively for online bookings made on www.aparthotelcampus.es. All prices published on our website are inclusive of VAT.
The validation of the reservation by the client expressly implies the knowledge and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of contract as part of the conclusion of the contract. This electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived on the website and will be accessible from the user’s control panel. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U. constitute proof of all transactions carried out between SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U. and its customers. SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U. will archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalised and it will be accessible.
Once the reservation has been made and in the shortest possible time, always within 24 hours of the execution of the purchase, the Customer Service of SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U. will send you a receipt of the purchase by e-mail. If you do not agree with the data contained in this confirmation, you may request the modification of the same or the cancellation of the contract.

The language or languages in which the contract may be formalized on this website is Spanish.
How to make complaints
To make any claim in relation to the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014, you must contact us by email at direccion@aparthotelcampus.es indicating the cause of your claim.
Failure to perform the contract
In the event of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to the unavailability of the purchased product or for any other reason, the customer will be informed of this lack of availability and/or reason that justifies it and will recover without any undue delay the sums paid under it. In the event of unjustified delay on the part of SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U. with respect to the refund of the sums paid, the customer may claim payment of double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for the damages suffered in excess of said amount.
Payment
Payment by Credit Card: You can use Visa and MasterCard. If you make the payment by VISA or Maestro card, the charge will be made on your card deferred, that is, at the time of booking. In the event that the POS informs the card of the refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled, informing the customer online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside Spain, it is necessary for the issuing bank to be covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative, we offer payment by bank transfer. SENSIA HOTELES, S.L.U. reserves the right to refuse any transaction made by credit card. In this case, we will proceed to refund the cash to the original card. In these cases and if the customer is interested in progressing in the purchase of the items, we will request a bank transfer.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply when the exception specified in Article 103 is met. I) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
Article 103. (I) : The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing, transportation of goods, rental of vehicles, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.
Cancellation Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
